Chapel of the Flowers, on the Las Vegas Strip, is seeking full time Wedding Planners. We are looking for candidates that are professional, organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, with a background in sales. Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply. A TAM card is required for this position.

We do elegant, professional, traditional weddings and have a big focus on customer satisfaction. It is important to know that while our focus is in customer satisfaction and making every wedding experience special and perfect, this is a highly sales oriented and numbers driven position. We take weddings very seriously and have a world class staff.

Responsibilities include:
-Answering phones, e-mails, chats to assist couples in making wedding plans
-Communicating with couples to determine their desires and matching them with the appropriate products and services to make their day perfect
-Organizing timelines and plans and communicating in writing all detailed instructions and desires for the couple's wedding day
-Maintaining multiple customers at once
-Ensuring that each couple has an experience perfect for them
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota

Requirements 
Skill/ Personality Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience

Previous wedding experience is helpful but not required; if you possess these skills/personality traits, succeeding in this position will not be a problem for you. We will train on all aspects of the job.
For those who do well in sales we have a highly motivating commission structure with an opportunity to make great money. We also offer a benefits package. We pay $10 per hour plus commission. This averages out between $30,000-$60,000 per year, depending on your sales success.

Chapel of the Flowers, on the Las Vegas Strip, is seeking a full time Wedding Photography Sales person who has strong sales experience, attention to detail, and a love for wedding photography. This is a fast paced, high energy environment where top level customer service as well as strong sales goals need to be achieved. Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Conducting appointments with the wedding couples to review their photos
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to gently upsell to higher end photography options
Time management and computer skills are essential
Extensive product knowledge to better assist the couples
Guest follow up

Ability to manage multi-tasking, to effectively work with other team members and customers

There is no chasing leads, no cold calls, and no hard sales. These are our wedding couples. They are coming in for appointments to pick up their included photos from their wedding as well as viewing all the photos taken of them on their wedding day, which provides an opportunity to offer them to buy more.

A premier Las Vegas wedding chapel, Chapel of the Flowers, is looking for full time Chat / Venue Specialists.

The role of the Venue Specialist is focused on selling our beautiful wedding locations to gain confirmation of new bookings through the company chat system as well as on providing service to existing (confirmed) customers in a manner that supports the company's sales and service goals and remains within our core values. The Venue Specialist team will work with the Planning team to ensure our customers' needs are met throughout the entire Chapel experience - inquiry to completion and beyond. In addition, this role supports our gift shop in manning the sales in this space and offering customer service support to our day-of couples and guests.

This position pays $10.00 per hour, plus a commission per wedding booked. This averages out to $11.00 - $18.00 per hour and is based off of your sales success.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Sales -

-Responsible for meeting the established sales goals for new confirmations as determined by the company

-Principle focus is to engage customers through the chat function in order to secure a deposit thus confirming a new booking

-Supports the Planning team by responding to customer questions posed through the chat function as well as by answering incoming phone calls as needed

-Add on's and upgrades in existing plans in support of the Planning team with the aim to provide a "Love the Customer" experience

-Maintains an updated pipeline of active quotes and follows up as outlined in department policies. Follow ups are done through phone, text and email by reaching out to prospective customers in a timely and consistent fashion, until confirmation

Service -

-Is focused on providing service to our customers based on the customers' needs: answers issues with viewing ceremonies, questions about upgrades, dates, and any other customer requests as needed

-Communicates service request and issues to the appropriate level in a timely and consistent manner

-When on campus, is proactive in "jumping in" to assist the team with customers as needed

Culture -

-Adheres to and exemplifies the company's core values and holds teammates accountable to the same expectations

-Actively works with teammates to identify improvements, within the chat function as well as throughout the business, that can be made to the selling process, presentation, customer acquisition and other functions associated with improved overall results

The Chapel, LLC is hiring a full time Marketing Assistant. We are looking for someone who is energetic, positive, and has a go-getter attitude to get things done. Our marketing assistant will work closely with the management team for direction to facilitate projects and implement marketing strategies as needed for our various brands, including but not limited to Chapel of the Flowers, Tropicana LV Weddings, and Ever After Destination Weddings.
 
Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
•	Online marketing, branding, and reputation: creating/managing email campaigns, and online ads with multiple sites
•	Public relations: press releases (including VNR’s), writing blog entries, pitching the chapel to journalists, travel groups, TV production shows, etc.)
•	Social Media: maintaining and maximizing social media outlets in a creative and strategic way
•	Working with the website designers, SEO company, graphic design team, travel agents, etc. to ensure we are always as aggressive and as strategic as possible
•	Collateral management: maintaining up-to-date brochures, both in print and online, affiliate brochures, and electronic press kits for various properties
•	All other general marketing responsibilities pertaining to our branding, image, advertising, etc.
Requirements and skills needed to qualify for this position:
•	Marketing Degree or at least 2 years equivalent work experience relevant to the duties listed above
•	Strong project management skills
•	Excellent copyright skills and able to rework on technical aspects for a broad range of audience
•	The ability to solve problems, analyze systems and data, and suggest appropriate solutions
•	Well established skills in organization, prioritization and time management
•	Ability to work with deadlines and high attention to detail

This is a full time marketing assistant position that pays $13.00-$15.00 per hour, based on experience.

Wedding Celebrant
Full Time

A world-renowned wedding chapel, Chapel of the Flowers, on the strip is looking for a Wedding Celebrant for our Chapel of the Flowers and Tropicana Weddings locations. We do elegant and professional weddings and have a major focus on customer satisfaction. We take weddings very seriously and pride ourselves on our world-class staff. We are looking for candidates that are professional, organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, with a background in sales. Our goal is to offer ceremonies for those at a lower price point with each couple feeling special on their big day! Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
This is a physically strenuous job, with a lot of standing for long periods of time. This job is fast paced. Keeping everything on time is critical. It takes a lot of energy to share in the excitement of each couple's wedding. This is also a very rewarding job. We are looking for someone who can emotionally connect to each couple.

This is a full-time position. This position pays an hourly rate of $10.00 per hour, plus commissions and gratuities. This results in a range from $13.00 - $20.00 per hour (or more) based off of your sales success and connection with our couples.

Responsibilities include:

· Play appropriate music during ceremony
· Capturing expected photos and video for each couple to deliver to them at check out on a SD card
· Conducting check out process with couples after ceremony is complete
Requirements include:
· Must be legally ordained to officiate weddings in Clark County, Nevada. It will be your financial responsibility to obtain this certification and maintain it as active
· A TAM or AAT card is required for this position. It will be your financial responsibility to obtain this card and maintain it as an active card

Property Maintenance Graveyard Shift
Part Time or Full Time Property

We are a high-class wedding chapel on Las Vegas Boulevard. We maintain our property, inside and out, to the highest of standards. We are looking for someone who can come nightly on a full time or part time basis to keep the inside and the outside of the property looking perfect. Must be punctual, honest, hardworking, reliable and have general experience in basic landscaping, irrigation, use of common maintenance tools and overall general property upkeep.  Janitorial services also necessary- including but not limited to cleaning of bathrooms, mopping, dusting. As well as experience in changing air filters, changing light bulbs, use of blowing machine, pulling weeds, planting flowers, landscape lighting, window washing, trash pickup, and other miscellaneous projects. Your work shift can fall anywhere between 9 pm and 8 am.
