As we mentioned before getting married in the state of Nevada is known for having the least amount of requirements so here’s what you will need before making your way out to Las Vegas:
You must be currently unmarried and at least 18 years of age.
You must have a government-issued identification with a photo displaying your current likeness (driver’s license, or passport)
Blood Tests are not required
You will need a marriage license that you can get at the Marriage License Bureau
The ceremony must take place in Nevada by an officiant that is licensed in the State of Nevada
You must have at least one witness (that is not the officiant)
